The Pythagoras is the heart of the Sparta class Mobile Operations Center. The Pythagoras is where the members of the inner circle live and meet.

All new ships are designed aboard the Pythagoras. The new building procedures are then programed and sent to the Daedalus class Mobile Ship Yard for construction.

The Pythagoras, like all other sections of the Sparta, can move from place to place with their gravimetric/particle hybrid engines, making the whole structure manoeuvrable.

The Pythagoras is used to co-ordinate all fleet movements for the duration of the operation. All of the Sparta's functions are also controlled and organized by this unit. The name of the Pythagoras is also given to the Sparta which she is a part of.

Pictured is the EAS Thales, the first Pythagoras put into service.
